Please note that returns are only accepted if:<\/p>

  • The product is not worn<\/li>
  • All product accessories such as box, warranty, operating manuals and proof of purchase are returned, as all of the above are part of the product.<\/li>
  • If the product comes with a gift, it must be returned with the product.<\/li>
  • Send us the products by courier: ELTA COURIER<\/li><\/ul>

    Please make sure the shipping packaging is secure so as not to cause any damage during transport. <\/strong><\/p>

    We inform you that the KASSOTAKI store is not responsible in case of loss or destruction of the product during the transfer of the return. In case of return of the products, your refund will be completed within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the products.
    We inform you that the KASSOTAKI store does not bear any responsibility for any damage and wear of the products after their use and in no case is it obliged to replace.
    Only the dealership is responsible for replacement and any form of product repair.<\/p>
