1. Dispatch throughout Greece

The delivery is carried out by the courier company ELTA Postal Services (former Porta – Porta service).

• The delivery times of the order by courier company are 24 to 48 hours.

• Order delivery times may vary depending on circumstances, such as strikes or extreme weather conditions.

• Weekends and holidays are not included in the delivery times.

• Goods travel on behalf of and at the risk of the customer. Our company bears no responsibility for any damage caused during transport.

• Shipping is free of charge throughout Greece for purchases over 50 euros.

• For purchases under 50 euros, there is a delivery charge of 5 euros.

*Orders are delivered from 9:00 in the morning to 8:00 in the afternoon (depending on the delivery area).
*If you wish to pick up your order from a courier store of the above mentioned couriers, please note it in the comments or contact us to inform you about the courier store nearest to you.
*For any delays on the part of the company shipping the products, our company bears no responsibility.
*In case of refusal of delivery, we are forced to charge the transport costs.
